Terms of Service

1. About us
The service is provided by Aztec Systems, 1908 Thomes Ave STE 32515 Cheyenne, WY 82001. Contact: info@aztecsystems.io. These terms apply to the Full House service, which is offered to business customers.
2. What the service includes
Full House includes: a website build, an automated Google review system, an AI chatbot on your website, local SEO, and 10 blog articles. Hosting and maintenance are included in the monthly subscription.
3. 7-day free trial
Nothing is charged when you sign up. Your card details are stored but your card is not charged. During the 7 days we build your website and show it to you. If you cancel within 7 days, you pay nothing.
4. Pricing and billing
At the end of the 7-day free trial a total of €255 is charged. This comprises a one-time build fee of €170 and €85 for the first month of your subscription. After that, €85 is charged every 30 days. All payments are processed by Stripe. We issue an invoice for every payment.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@aztecsystems.io. Cancelling during the trial period creates no payment obligation. If you cancel after being charged, the service remains active until the end of the paid period, after which the website is taken offline. Amounts already charged are not refunded.
6. Your obligations
To build your website we need a photo of your menu and basic details about your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for holding the rights to any materials you send us, including photographs.
7. Delivery and timelines
We build the first version of your website within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your materials. This period starts when we receive what we need from you, not when you sign up.
8. Domain and ownership
You own everything. The domain is registered in your name and you are its sole owner. All website content, including the design, text and photographs, is yours from day one. If your subscription ends, the website is taken offline and you may transfer the domain to another provider or leave it with us.
9. Availability
We aim to keep your website continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional maintenance may take place with prior notice.
10. Refunds
Because you see your website before any charge is taken, amounts charged are not refunded. If you are not satisfied, cancel within the trial period and you pay nothing.
11. Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. We will notify you by email of any material change at least 30 days in advance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Cheyenne, Wyoming.
