2. What data we collect

We collect: your name, business name, email address, phone number, address, tax identification number (OIB), order and payment details, any materials you send us for your website build, and technical data about your visit to this site. We do not store your card details. These are handled by Stripe.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to perform our contract with you (building your website and providing the service), to meet legal obligations (issuing invoices), and on the basis of legitimate interest (communication and support).

4. Who we share data with

We share data with Stripe for payment processing and with our hosting and software providers. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some of our service providers are located outside the European Union. Any transfer is carried out with appropriate safeguards in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

6. How long we keep data

We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the service, and for at least 24 months after the end of our business relationship. Data required for accounting purposes is kept for as long as the law requires.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, and the right to object. Send any request to info@aztecsystems.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).

We use essential cookies to run the site and analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can refuse analytics cookies in your browser settings.
